Mel D wouldn’t have said no to being the sixth Spice Girl nor to a career as an MC. But first and foremost,
Mel D is Mel D; diving headfirst into music and showcasing an almost scaringly quick launch. From fiesta
to festival she carries not only her guitar but her vibrating big heart – pouring it out into the crowd, night
after night – spreading hope in addictive manner. Then she departs, leaving back an audience covered in
goose bumps, only to appear miles away, tinkering with her future. Her art so honest and raw.

The young Swiss artist, who currently plays in FABER's band, has not yet released any music on the www - but psst The first single release is finally due on 17.07.2024. Recorded with producer and friend Dino Brandão in a basement studio in Zurich the music has then been shipped to Paris, where Mel spent a cold January between a warm studio and tea, re-dissecting her music together with well-known Renaud Letang (Feist, Chilly Gonzales) in the best complicity.
