The Wylie Jubilee Bluegrass on Ballard is an incredible celebration of freedom in the center of historic downtown Wylie, Texas. The Jubilee features live music by world-class bluegrass bands as well as an amazing car show, arts and crafts, and much more. Bring your instruments and JAM JAM JAM all day!
There are many great places to socialize, eat, shop, and jam in downtown Wylie! This event is FREE with no admission ticket required!

Riley Gilbreath Biography
Riley Gilbreath is a Bluegrass/Country artist from Crowley, Texas. He began taking banjo lessons in 2016 at the age of 12 with a loaner banjo from the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation's Play it Forward program. After about 2 years, he had taught himself Flat Pick guitar and began writing songs. In 2019 he had become The Texas State Banjo Champion at age 15.
Riley is known for his laid back and humble attitude that many people respect and appreciate. He is also an unashamed Christian and gives all of the Glory to God for his musical talent.
Riley Gilbreath performs solo country acoustic sets as well as duo/trio bluegrass sets. (1-3 Hr Sets)
Riley also has a 4 piece bluegrass band known as "Riley Gilbreath And Lone Star Blue" who has performed at many bluegrass festivals, events and venues across North Texas. The band can provide a high energy and entertaining bluegrass show that the crowd will love! (45-120 minute Sets) The band has recently been nominated for TCMA's 2023 Western swing/Bluegrass Band of the Year. They also plan to start recording a debut bluegrass album soon to hopefully begin to release in 2024.
