Jeni Grouws: Songs from The Music House After twice topping the Billboard Blues Album charts and touring nationally with roots rock group Avey Grouws Band, Jeni Grouws embarked on a new chapter in the fall of 2024, accepting a songwriting residency with The Music House and relocating to Omaha. Unsure of what to expect, she was quickly captivated by the city's vibrant creative community, rich talent, and spirit of collaboration. Songs from The Music House will showcase fresh music Grouws penned during her residency, along with previously unreleased material. She will be joined by an outstanding ensemble of Omaha musicians, including Jonah Bennett, Grant McMullen, Mitch Towne, and bandleader Andrew Bailie.
