Howling Giant is a band I’ve seen 4-5 times now. This may have been the best I’ve seen them and I always love their shows. First time seeing MRS and was super impressed. Both metal, very different approaches to the genre. Fantastic combo.
Also - The Westside Bowl is an amazing venue owned by huge supporters of local/ underground music. If you’ve not been - go.

MARS RED SKY Biography
An ethereal and melodic voice emerges from a thick and complex rhythm, carried by sci-fi literature's lyricism… Almost cinematic, Mars Red Sky's sounding has a peculiar and unique flavour, standing out within the heavy rock scene. On stage, they manage to recreate their sophisticated studio atmospheres and to deliver the special sonic touch that characterises them. Their live shows absorb the listener, lose him into a visual and vibrant limbo and take him into another dimension. Beyond a simple concert, it is a real sensorial experience that is proposed.
