About this concert
Imagine two days of incredible diverse Canadian musical talent across all genres performing right in front of you in a small but mighty festival where everything is right at your finger tips. The grounds are fully licensed, so you take your beverages anywhere you like. There are no lineups and the ground is flat.
You are surrounded by beautifully kind, inclusive and welcoming people who just want to immerse themselves in the beauty that is Four Seasons Park, enjoying music they know and discovering music they’ve never heard before, but will never forget.
Kids run around the park wild and free, safe within their community. Others gather with family or friends, some in tents, others in lawn chairs or dance on the side of the stage as the sun magically falls in all its glorious colours behind the stage that lights up the night sky.
It’s magic.

Blackie and the Rodeo Kings - KING OF THIS TOWN Biography
Acclaimed Canadian supergroup Blackie and the Rodeo Kings—Colin Linden, Stephen Fearing, and Tom Wilson—will release the long awaited album Kings And Queens June 14 in the U.S. on File Under: Music/Dramatico/Universal. Three years in the making, Kings & Queens pairs the band with legendary and iconic female artists, including Rosanne Cash, Exene Cervenka, Holy Cole, Emmylou Harris, Amy Helm, Janiva Magness, Mary Margaret O’Hara, Sam Phillips Serena Ryder, Pam Tillis, Sara Watkins, Lucinda Williams, Cassandra Wilson, and Patti Scialfa. Produced by Grammy-and Juno-winning producer Colin Linden (Bruce Cockburn, Lucinda Williams, Colin James), the album was recorded in various cities from Nashville to Toronto to New York City to New Orleans, Los Angeles, and Woodstock. “No destination was too far for love,” says Stephen Fearing. “Colin flew around North America with hard drives and files on his computer, and when we had an artist agree to be involved like Lucinda Williams, he flew to L.A. and recorded in the studio in L.A. with her.” The concept for Kings And Queens was a random idea that came out of a late-night conversation in the van about “various artists we’ve all had the privilege of working with,” says Colin Linden. “We began with a page torn out of a notebook and a lot of ‘hey, what about’ and ‘wouldn’t it be great to work with” interjections.” Some three years later, they transformed that wish list into Kings And Queens. The Songs (& The Queens): 1. If I Can’t Have You – Lucinda Williams 2. Another Free Woman – Sara Watkins 3. Got You Covered – Rosanne Cash 4. I’m Still Loving You – Amy Helm 5. Golden Sorrows – Cassandra Wilson 6. Shelter Me Lord – Patti Scialfa 7. My Town Has Moved Away – Pam Tillis 8. How Come you Treat Me So Bad – Janiva Magness 9. Step Away – Emmylou Harris 10. Heart O’ Mine – Mary Margaret O’Hara 11. Brave – Holly Cole 12. Made Of Love – Exene Cervenka 13. Love Lay Me Down – Sam Phillips 14. Black Sheep – Serena Ryder Acclaimed Canadian supergroup Blackie and the Rodeo Kings—Colin Linden, Stephen Fearing, and Tom Wilson
