Blakgraz will be performing LIVE at Papa Dubi's Restaurant in Albertville, Alabama on Thursday, May 8th from 5:30-8:30PM. With 100+ songs written in 10 different genres, Blakgraz will keep you entertained with 5 different guitars (Tiff, Rosa, Betty, Stella, and Sandy), sing-a-longs, dancing, and giveaways to keep you bopin’ for 3 hours of continuous music. Blakgraz music combines rock, blues, country, folk, bluegrass, pop, electronic, rap, latin, and jazz to create a unique style full of energy, intense passion, unique storytelling, and skillful performance to ensure a memorable experience for each listener every time. Blakgraz has several song nominated in 8 different music categories for the 2025 International Music Awards. “What If I Told You” by Blakgraz hit 1.8+ million plays online in the 2nd quarter of 2024 and is still growing. The main creative force behind Blakgraz is Tom. He wrote and recorded “Now Is So Beautiful” with Valarie Borman in 2000, and had it reach the No. 1 spot for downloaded songs on MP3.com, beating out Alanis Morrisette and Blink 182. Tom has had regional success with songwriting in various projects including Shoot the Moon which saw Top 10 positioning on Reverbnation in 2007 for several months and national, regional, and college radio airplay. Tom has been fortunate to share the stage with national touring acts across the entire United States for many years before bringing his drive and obsession for music experimentation to Blakgraz, including writing and recording with Angelo Maruzzelli, lead guitarist for Cold and University Drive.
