Destroy The Idols Biography
We are Destroy The Idols, a skate punk band from Essex, UK, formed in 2021. The band consists of Will Third, Andy McBane, Pete Harrison, and Daniel Gould
On December 13th 2023, we released our first EP, The Gunn EP , as a tribute to our original guitarist Stuart Gunn, who returned to his homeland of Australia in September 2023. Stuart provided rhythm guitar on the EP before his departure.
Following Stuart's departure, we welcomed Daniel Gould as our new lead guitarist, with Will transitioning to rhythm guitar.
2024 has seen our busiest year yet, with shows, merch and new material; we move into the latter half of the year preparing to go back into the studio, expect more fast riffs and infectious energy.
