The Morrow Family Band Biography
Local to St. Augustine, Florida, The Morrow Family Band a.k.a. MFB Ltd. has been playing music throughout North Florida and South Georgia since 2015. Jim, Melinda, and Dawn Morrow are a father, mother, and daughter trio. MFB Ltd. is primarily an acoustic-based trio but also performs as a full band with other local musicians - featuring steel guitar, drums, and bass. They consider their genre to be Southern Americana, rooted in bluegrass and folk backgrounds.
Not only do they cover an eclectic mix of crowd-pleasing favorites, but they also have a climbing repertoire of originals streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, and more. They perform a mix of Top 40, Indie, Americana, Country, and Bluegrass music with a sound similar to artists such as Gillian Welch, Tom Petty, The Civil Wars, and Little Big Town.
