The Good Long Whiles Biography

The Good Long Whiles are a three-part vocal harmony Ghost-Western/Americana band based out of Portland, Oregon featuring Stephen Freeman Moore on lap steel and electric banjo, Christine McAllister on bass and award-winning songwriter, producer, director, playwright, actor and coloratura soprano, Amanda Richards, fronting the band on electric guitar. The group performs original music along with traditional folk and bluegrass in a throwback western style re-envisioned through the lens of somber indie rock with syrupy reverb and delay.
