About this concert
A one-night-only tribute to the legendary "Titan of Twang,” Duane Eddy. This special evening will take place on Sunday, April 13, at 7:30 PM at the iconic Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. Presented by Opry Entertainment Group, the tribute concert will feature an all-star lineup of special guests and musical performances by Peter Frampton, Vince Gill, Albert Lee, Joe Bonamassa, Steve Earle, Buddy Miller, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Molly Tuttle, Slim Jim Phantom, Jennie Vee and Toby Lee each honoring the lasting influence of Eddy, whose groundbreaking guitar style has influenced generations of artists. The evening will be anchored by a house band led by Musical Director Jim Hoke, with Mark Beckett, Dave Pomeroy, Randy Leago, Garry Tallent, Dan Dugmore, Terry Adams, Richard Bennett, The McCrary Sisters and Siobhan Maher Kennedy

Been a fan since HS...which is a long time ago!!! Saw him back then, in 07 as a much older man and now as a bonafide senior citizen. Honestly this show was the most enjoyable, (probably because I now seem to appreciate live music with more clarity!), but really because of him. He came out and gave us a 2+ hour show with enthusiasm and grit, he still has a strong voice and can play guitar likethe legend he is...plus his band was absolutely fantastic! Simply put, it was a great show and you should see him if you can!

Peter Frampton Biography

Peter Frampton is one of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in rock history. In 2007, Frampton won a Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album for Fingerprints and in 2014 was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame. He received the prestigious Les Paul Innovation Award at NAMM’s TEC Awards in 2019 and most recently received the 2024 Les Paul Spirit Award at the Gibson Garage Nashville. Last fall, the iconic guitarist was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.

In 2020, Frampton was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame, his autobiography, Do You Feel Like I Do?: A Memoir, debuted on The New York Times Bestsellers list and he appeared on Dolly Parton’s latest album, Rockstar, as the only artist featured on two tracks.

In 2023, Frampton unveiled Frampton@50 on Intervention Records, a numbered limited-edition vinyl box set featuring Frampton’s essential 1972-1975 studio releases Wind of Change, Frampton’s Camel and Frampton. He also received The Myositis Association’s Heroes in the Fight 2023 Patient Ambassador Award and unveiled his historic performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall as a live album via UMe—listen here.
