Join us for a soulful Valentine’s night of Americana, rhythm & blues and gospel at Fitzgerald’s cozy Sidebar. Great BBQ, cocktails and table seating available.
Deeply in love with classic soul, Nikki O’Neill counts Pops Staples, Prince and Teenie Hodges as her guitar heroes. But it’s songwriting that’s her main love. Music journalists have called her “an expressive, nuanced singer and excellent guitarist” who makes albums with songs that demonstrate “a remarkable sense of melody.”
With a new album coming out March 14 on Blackbird Record Label, Nikki will be joined by Rich Lackowski (drums, vocals) and Andy Mirsberger (bass, vocals) to give us a sneak preview, and they’ll light up the night with soul classics.

Nikki O'Neill is an R&B/Americana singer-songwriter and guitarist with a 5-piece band. She’s based in Chicago.
Nikki’s third album, Stories I Only Tell My Friends, will be released on March 14, 2025 on Blackbird Record Label.
