There is a non-refundable processing fee on all credit card purchases. There is a non-refundable fee of $15 on all tickets, $40 on all electric sites, and $20 on all primitive sites. Electric sites are 30 amp with water and will be assigned when we receive your order. A minimum order of 3 nights and two 3-Day tickets is required per site. Bring a lawn chair for General Seating in the concert area. General seating is first come first served. PLEASE READ THE CHAIR POLICY: The maximum chair size is 39” High, 26” Wide. High back and high seat chairs are not allowed. Rockers, and lounge chairs are not allowed. If you have a site request or any questions, please call the ticket office at 386-385-3500. All purchases are non-refundable after 2/1/2025. You will receive a confirmation/receipt email from Evans Media Source when we process your order.
