Tessa Barcelo is a 21-year-old singer, songwriter, and producer creating cinematic soundtracks to her favorite fantasy novels. Boston-born and Baltimore-based, Tessa found success as a founding member of the Bookish Songs Collective with hits like “Much Worse Games to Play” and “Monster In Me”. Her background in musical theatre and creative writing lend raw emotion and poetic, illustrative lyrics to a catalog of sweepingly dark pop music. A storyteller at her core, Tessa weaves tales against a backdrop of epic production for fans of Ruelle, Allegra Jordyn, Halsey, and Valerie Broussard. When she’s not performing, she can be found holed up in her bedroom with her many instruments or ranting about the ending of the last book she read.
