A match made in Midgard? During Heilung’s brief but intense history of touring, we have shared the stage with many amazing musicians. We are always thrilled when an opportunity arises to continue traveling together and enjoy each other's art. We are therefore excited to announce that beloved @Eivormusic and her team will return and join us on our Albion Eiru ok Erop Ferdhast tour which begins in Helsinki on the 7th of March 2025. She was amazing! I was so happy that she turned out to be the warm up for Heilung. Played only the best songs, the sound was incredible, carried clearly all across the hall. It was so crisp, I could hardly believe it was live. Her voice is inhumanly strong.

EIVØR is an artist perfectly attuned to the savage vicissitudes of nature. Born & raised in Syðrugøta (population: 453), a tiny community on one of the northerly Faroe Islands, the singer-songwriter grew up surrounded by a harsh, windswept landscape and the North Atlantic, a rugged backdrop that has, unsurprisingly, deeply influenced the music she creates.
With ten studio albums under her belt, as well as numerous collaborations with artists including Àsgeir, John Grant, Einar Selvik (Wardruna) and Dan Heath (Lana Del Ray) Eivør can be considered to be one of the most eclectic artists of the Nordics.
The winner of the 2021 Nordic Council Music prize and and awarded twice with the Icelandic Music Price, Eivør also soundtracks and features on all seasons of the flagship Netflix hit series The Last Kingdom (co-written with Ivor Novello/BAFTA-nominated John Lunn.)
One of the most mesmerising live vocalists, Eivør’s headline 2022 European Tour will see her perform an enigmatic set with her full band and a full production, performing a variety of songs from her latest 2020 album SEGL, as well as selected songs from previous albums and soundtrack work.
