Buckshot NoVa is Rock and Roll Coverband from Northern Virginia. The Buckshot Band has been rockin’ the bars of the DC/Maryland/Virginia area for nearly a decade and they deliver a unique musical niche to the stage. The Buckshot concept is to take the most popular songs from recent decades and rearrange them into their own style of straight-up unadulterated rock and roll. These boys take the best of the best party-hard songs from several sub-genres and blend them seamlessly into a full night of non-stop party rock. They dig deep into pop-rock, straight-rock, hard-rock, pop-punk, classic-rock and add a few surprises from genres you wouldn’t expect from them. Like buckshot fired from a sawed-off shotgun, their setlist covers a wide pattern and offers something for everyone! Another special nuance of this powerhouse quartet is that both guitarists can solo and all four members take turns on lead vocals so you will enjoy vocal ranges from soaring tenor to gritty baritone and no shortage of vocal harmonies to sweeten the mix. All four members come from varied musical backgrounds and thus their individual influences are wide-ranging from Metallica to Johnny Cash, from Blink 182 to ZZ Top, from Elle King all the way to Nirvana, Beastie Boys, Sublime, Ramones, The Killers, and some brand new music to boot. Although Buckshot is a cover band, they make each song their own and their varied musical influences materialize in how they interpret and deliver your favorite songs and introduce you to your new favorite songs.
