What a fantastic night. Missy Higgins is a phenomenal singer. Her voice is just beauty and sitting on the steps of the opera house felt like magic. Missy was funny and explained some of the backstory to her songs on the sound of white cd. The first set of her show was acoustic which i loved and she even forgot some chords and words to her own songs and in true Australian style said i buggered that up proving that she is human just like all of us.
Would highly reccomed going to anyone of her shows. She will make you feel like your the only one in the room or steps for that matter.

Missy Higgins Biography
Missy Higgins (born Melissa Morrison Higgins on August 19, 1983, in Melbourne, Australia) is one of Australia's most popular female singer-songwriters. Missy (Melissa) was thrust into the limelight in her homeland when she won a demo competition conducted by the national alternative broadcaster, Triple J. Although she was still at high school, her song All For Believing quickly became one of the station's most requested tracks of 2001. In 2005, Missy took out 5 major ARIA Awards: Album of the Year (for The Sound of White), Best Female Artist, Best Pop Release, Breakthrough Artist - Album (for The Sound of White) and Highest Selling Album.
