Cali Morris

Cali Morris hails from Pataskala, Ohio. She is a 18-year-old up-and-coming vocal artist with a passion for music. Fall of 2021, Cali auditioned to compete in the 20th season of American Idol. She wowed the judges with her unique vocals and received a resounding, “Yes!” from Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie—earning her the coveted Golden ticket that ensures her spot at Hollywood week. Excited for the opportunity, Cali diligently prepared for her American Idol debut. Unfortunately, before leaving for Hollywood, her competition journey was cut short after testing positive for COVID-19. She was unable to compete. Cali remains excited about the possibility of competing in the upcoming season. Cali has also released two originals that have been played on the radio nationally and internationally. Cali’s most recent accomplishment is that she has formed a full band to play not only her original songs but cover songs as well. She has multiple shows currently booked ranging from acoustic shows and with her full band.
