Rebelution plays a great show, always. Sadly we missed collie buddz because they didn’t play right before Rebelution, as one might expect. Instead an unheard of Hawaiian band played before Rebelution and their vibe was not really my cup of tea. To each their own I suppose. Overall it was a really fun night listening to live music with the family.

Sixteen years into an effervescent career, California reggae band and touring juggernaut Rebelution remains abundantly creative. Its members (singer/guitarist/lyricist Eric Rachmany, keyboardist Rory Carey, drummer Wesley Finley, and bassist Marley D. Williams) are as focused and committed as they are easygoing and laid-back. Dub Collection, the band’s new album, features 15 dub versions of fan-favorites from throughout their vibrant career, created and mixed by Rebelution touring guitarist Kyle Ahern. Ever-expanding and reaching wider audiences, the Rebelution phenomenon continues to soar to new heights as the band has become one of the most successful recording, touring, and streaming acts in the country.
