With a career spanning over 20 years, Katt Williams has earned a worldwide reputation as one of today's top entertainers, having developed a career seeded with thousands of sold-out arenas, an expansive list of starring roles on the small screen and memorable performances in major box office hits. Since performing his first stand-up show as a teenager, Williams took the comedy world by storm. He quickly developed a unique style of stand-up that combines articulate and sharp dialogue rooted in conversations reflecting the American political landscape. By 1999, he had cultivated a loyal fan base and was performing on some of the most notable comedy stages across the nation.

Katt Williams Biography

Katt Micah Williams (born September 2, 1975 in Cincinnati, Ohio) is an American comedian and rapper. He is the son of a former member of the Black Panther Party.

Williams's big break came in the summer of 1999 when he won Cedric The Entertainer’s Anheuser-Busch "Best Los Angeles Comics" Award. This propelled Katt into the role of 'Money Mike' in 2002's Friday After Next.

He is a regular guest on Nick Cannon's Wild'N Out television show.

Further, in 2003, he appeared in Nick Cannon’s 'Gigolo', E40’s 'One Night Stand,' Ludacris’s 'Stand-up' and in 2004, Outkast’s, 'Roses,' Suga Free’s 'Thinkin,' and Ludacris’s 'Pimpin All Over The World.' Recent music videos he has appeared in include Lil' Kim's 'Lighter's Up', Paul Wall's 'Girl', E40’s 'U and Dat', and Lil Scrappy's 'Money in da Bank.'

In 2006 Williams starred on his own new stand-up HBO show: The Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1.

He is also putting the finishing touches on his new album, It's Pimpin', Pimpin', which will be distributed through Cam'Ron's Diplomat Records.
