Nana Klumpp Biography

Australian indie rock outfit, Nana Klumpp, began writing songs influenced by the place they
grew up, the band name inspired from the streets of the sleepy coastal town of Bonny Hills,
NSW. Fashioned by mates Jesse Hinder(Vox/Guitar), Aaron Cace-Gully(Guitar), Robert
Courtenay-Morris(Bass) and Ronan Bailey(Drums), Nana Klumpp have since relocated to

Newcastle. Signing with booking agency Interstellar Music / Cult Artists in 2022, NK started
touring up and down the East Coast, fixing their status as a rising band to keep a keen eye on.
Drawing their influences from bands like The Beatles, Thin Lizzy, Led Zeppelin and Aussie acts,
such as Ocean Alley and The VANNS; they have upheld a reputation of blending grit and
groove. Nana Klumpp has crafted a unique sonic identity packed with infectious energy,
nostalgic soundscapes, and introspective lyrics.
Touring with and supporting bands from all around Australia & NZ like Lime Cordiale,
Wolfmother, Ruby Fields, The Vanns and more, NK have amassed over half a million streams
and continue to grow their fanbase. Never shying away from a good time, the boys have also
played festival stages like Rolling Sets, Festival of the Sun, Spaced Out Festival, Tamworth
Country Music Festival & more.
Nana Klumpp remains steadfast in their commitment to creating honest and compelling music.
With a catalogue of new tracks to be released, Nana Klumpp are always eager to hit the stage.
Their new single ‘Catch A Flight’ is set to be released April 1st, which marks another stylistic
change that is welcomed by the band, showcasing a taste of what's to come throughout 2025.
