Emelia's music beautifully blends her cultural roots, experiences, and a deep love for storytelling. Her upbringing in Santa Ana, California, infused her artistry with a rich tapestry of Mexican-American heritage. Emelia's talent for singing and composing melodies became a natural form of expression, reflecting the world around her.

What sets Emelia apart is her refusal to confine herself to any musical style. She embraces the fluidity of her creative process, allowing her music to evolve organically without the constraints of predefined labels. Studying as a Jazz Vocalist at UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, she aims to fuse various Latin styles with Funk, Folk, and Jazz/R&B influences, creating a unique and captivating sound.

She is currently working on her debut EP "On My Way" which will invite listeners to embark on a journey to reflect on the joys, struggles, and beauty of life. Her music, situated at the intersection of rhythm and heart, serves as a companion for those navigating their own paths, offering solace, inspiration, and companionship along the way.
