Ceekay Jones Biography
Ceekay Jones has always been ahead of the curve. With an extensive musical resume that includes writing and co-producing as well as featuring on singles such as certified platinum hit “My Life” for Australia’s #1 Hip-Hop act Bliss N Eso, “Everytime” for Canada’s underground Hip-Hop legend Madchild, as well as "Already Yours" by multi platinum Swiss duo Dj Remady and Manu-L. Ceekay is definitely on the music industries artist’s/songwriters to watch list.
At home on the road having had many successful North American, Australian, and European tours, Jones has played alongside and performed with acts like Drake, Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys, Deftones, Lorde, and even Pearl Jam to name just a few. Entertaining is truly his gift, wether playing his guitar and singing or his incredible rap style delivery he has an ability to captivate his audiences.
Staying in the studio along with continuos touring, 2014/2015 was a banner 2 year block of time for this rising performer and songwriter. Joining forces with The Makerz (Nigel Starr and Runway Star who‘s production credits include the multi platinum hit, “Teach Me How to Dougie” and “My Last Molly Song Ever” featuring Problem, Trinidad James, and Gunplay), as well as Producer Jim Perkins, the team has been in the studio putting together Ceekay's debut solo release that hit stores worldwide May 9th 2016 on Redor Records.
