DAS KINN sounds most like the ghost of FALCO trapped in your wardrobe, doing his daily power yoga routine. Or maybe like a strange but consistent mix of post punk, new age and the sound of an angry bitch. But definitely DAS KINN is the new thing of the Frankfurt spontaneous Toben Piel, who has been walking on sound paths not yet trodden for almost 2 decades now. Be it with the synth-hardcore band ANTITAINMENT, the performance duo LES TRUCS, with tape collages as FM AETHER, as co-operator of the label MMODEMM, or with works for theatre and radio.
