With your presence and energy, Secret Psychedelica was able to bring 6 international psytrance artists, 17 US based electronic music producers, and 76 DJs to the DNA Lounge over the course of 14 shows last year!! 2025 is already off to a hot start with an all-star lineup set for Aquarius Year Six! Originally started on a whim in 2019, Secret Psychedelica's Aquarius psytrance party has stood out as one of the more beloved nights from all the zodiac shows. Maybe it's because the music Aquarius artists produce is more emotional yet technically precise or perhaps they are gifted story tellers with the ability to weave fantastic journeys into their sets. This year's special guests, Skuzzo and Liam Shy, are quite adept at all of the above! Making his Secret Psychedelica debut at this year's Aquarius show will be Skuzzo, a psychedelic trance artist known for pushing the boundaries of dark experimentation. Since 2009, Skuzzo has dedicated himself to melding genres into sophisticated psytrance tracks by going beyond the limits of not only technology and sound but also of the mind. The goal, to elevate the soul and introduce the human spirit to a higher dimension. Praised by Goa Gil and embraced by DJs worldwide, his music has been shaking up the global scene with releases on various imprints including Starseed Psytrance, Pelorum Records, and his home label, PsyberTribe Records. And while Skuzzo currently finds himself at the intersection of hi-tech and psycore, he will return to his roots to play a full-on DJ set at Aquarius 2025. Hometown hero Liam Shy returns to the Aquarius lineup after a year off. Having help kick off the original Aquarius psytrance party and subsequently DJing the following two Aquarius shows, it's an honor to have one of San Francisco's veteran artists back for another electrifying set. Liam Shy began his electronic music career at the turn of the millennium as a producer and DJ. Being a resident for Tantra in the early 2000s, Liam helped introduce psytrance to a whole new audience hungry for an aggressive psychedelic sound. His high energy performances have led to numerous appearances at festivals including Love Parade, Burning Man, and Coachella. Producing under the name Ritual X, Liam has ventured into the realm of drum & bass as of late. But for this one night only, he'll be dropping a collection of nostalgic psytrance tunes specially tailored for Secret Psychedelica. Secret Psychedelica resident Synwrks and AcidMindz founder Kikox, both born under the 11th sign of the zodiac, will initiate the flow of music in the psytrance room. Helping fill Ganymede's Cup to the top, Unplug! will host the second room with the electro-techno sounds of cyberpunk from Aquarius DJs Sean Ocean, Danny Delorean, Otter, and Rabite!
