Absolutely stellar! Didn’t know anything about this band before hearing them supporting The Wonder Years last night and they RIP! Bought some merch such was top tier as well. Will definitely look for them to come back to SLC!

Like Roses Biography
Berkeley, California’s Like Roses is a force to be reckoned with. Singer/rhythm guitarist Amy Schmalkuche’s gritty, yet melodic vocals divulge confessional lyrics that explore themes of heartache, loss, and introspection, while the music — aided by lead guitarist Devin Zamora, bassist Kayla Gonzalez, and drummer Aaron Seminoff — channels the raw emo/pop-punk energy that compels you to jump into a crowded room and scream along at one of the band’s raucous shows.
Throughout two EPs and a few singles, Like Roses has amassed millions of streams from fans around the world, with their 2023 breakout song “Easy” having more than 1.1 million streams on Spotify. Since then, the band has been touring across the United States, and will be featured on the 2024 Sad Summer Festival with Mayday Parade, The Maine, The Wonder Years, Real Friends, and more. They recently went into the studio with former Taking Back Sunday guitarist/vocalist Fred Mascherino, who recorded their latest single “Broken Things (Lie to Me)."
