It's a pleasure to welcome back the very unique and brilliant Gypsy Pistoleros to Dreadnoughtrock.
GYPSY PISTOLEROS the Renegade Glam Punk Rock enigmas are preposterous, epic, overblown and totally glorious! The music ranges from anthemic Rock, to Latin swagger, to Phil Spector 50's punked up ballads, to pure Glam Punk Rock, to near EMO & Goth with absolute slabs of the purest Heaviest Rock to near Rock Opera proportions.

PERCEPTION
Perception are a rising Scottish band hailing from Bathgate, formed in late 2022. With a blend of heartfelt lyrics and dynamic instrumentals, the group is quickly making a name for themselves in the local music scene. The quartet consists of Zoe Cochrane on vocals, Liam Bromley on bass, Saul McMahon on drums, and Aidan McLaughlin on guitar, who joined the lineup in April 2023.

Produced by the legend that is Joe Gibb ( Janes Addiction, Madonna, The Cure, Catatonia, Texas, The Kinks, Funeral For a Friend ) assisted by his multi talented protege 'Gethos' Woolcock ( the masked Pistolero) in Wales at Mighty Atom Studios.
'Living la vida loca'/Pistolero' will be the first single taken from the album , released Jan 2008.

The "GYPSY PISTOLEROS'

A group of Rocking Amigos from the UK, Truly Unique? Hear for yourself!
Their sound is flamenco in a head on collision of punk/ rock riffs, pounding bass and thrashing drums. The songs spin madly in the best rock 'n' roll tradition! With big hooks, attitude and sleaze. Yet those flamenco breaks will get into your head and refuse to leave - THIS HYBRID ROCKS!!
Influenced by all the great rock bands of the past, they are also influenced by the new rock crowd, plus those Gypsy licks! Giving them the range of classic guitar riffs while taking rock to a new level! The Gypsy Pistoleros have a style that is definitely their own.
Lee J came up with the concept for this group whilst living in Zaragoza (Spain) with the real Gitanos! Sharing the stage with such bands as The Ramones, Motorhead, Dio, UFO, and The Cramps on previous Spanish tours! .
The new era began supporting 'Adler's Appetite' in Spain Jan 2006! Where they grabbed the attention of the Spanish Rock media and fans alike. The Pistoleros returned by popular demand to support Dog's D'amour in June, to the fans delight.
The Uk was next to have the treat of the Pistoleros playing a support slot with Canadian rock n rollers Crystal Pistol on their successful Uk tour.
Then Gypsy Pistoleros toured the U.K & Europe twice with Love/Hate, Bang Tango, Kristy Majors then Faster Pussycat, Bulletboys, Enuff ZNuff and as special guests of L.A GUNS
A million thanks to all our Fantastic, Loco and wonderful friends that made the Tour with Love/Hate, Bang Tango ( Joe Leste is a legend ) and the coolest dude alive Kristy Majors so AMAZING! Faster Pussycat + Enuf z nuff was a blast! We love ERIC STACY our special bro & Unle Chipz ! Didnt think we could top that, but the L.A Guns dates were incredible, Papa Tracci ( A lovely man ), Sir Chad Stewart , The Dark Elf Lord & Paul Black Paul Black plus Erick, Foz & Robbie became the srangest & most wonderful family for two weeks of adventure!
Miss ya all bro's!! The reaction from the crowds were brilliant and we love you all !! And thats from the corazon amigos !!!!
GYPSY PISTOLEROS made their U.S debut at Rocklahoma 12th July 2007 alongside such Glam Rock n Roll legends as Twisted Sister, Poison, Vince Neil, L.A Guns, Bang Tango, Skid Row,Slaughter, Faster Pussycat, Dokken, etc !!!
We return to ROCKLAHOMA 2008 !!!!!
Ride the Whirlwind !!!! 2008 will see U.K/Euro & U.S Tours, plus much,much more!
