The 2024 Rock and Roll Inductees, Kool & The Gang, will make a special appearance in the Triangle, marking a joyous celebration during Cary's Koka Booth Amphitheatre's 25th Anniversary Celebration Season. Kool & The Gang has sold over 70 million albums with more than 60 charted songs including 13 Top Ten Hits. This legendary group continues to tour the world today doing upwards of 70 shows a year. With an arsenal of hit songs like “Ladies Night”, “Too Hot”, “Cherish”, “Get Down On It”, “Jungle Boogie” and of course, the ultimate party anthem, “Celebration”, this is a show that promises to evoke wonderful memories from start to finish.

WHAT AN AMAZING SHOW! They Delivered 1:30 of Non Stop music with Kool playing amazing Bass the entire show! Awesome setlist but missing songs such as Tonight, Emergency, & A few other lesser known amazing songs of theirs. Show was fantastic though and had the crowd dancing the entire night! Peabody definitely needs to figure out there pre opening of the theater situation as hundreds of us crammed into a small hot lobby waiting till the last minute for them to let us to our seats.

Kool & The Gang Biography
Kool & The Gang is a highly successful R&B/soul/funk/disco group. They originally formed in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1964. They went through several musical phases in their career. They started out as practitioners of R&B and funk, eventually went through a phase where they were a smooth disco ensemble, and wound up with the successful period of their career recording tunes that were a mixture of pop and R&B.
