The Hands Up! Producer/DJ duo was formed to accomplish one goal: Help bring the best club music from Baltimore to the rest of the world! Baltimore Club is a very unique genre of dance music, born out of the grit & trenches of Baltimore, MD. It's centered around the urban dance scene, and has been around since the 80's. It's finally spreading around the world, but nobody does it like Baltimore. Hands Up!
