TOBY Biography
Tolga "TOBY" Mazhar is a singer, songwriter, producer and audio engineer. His earliest musical memories are the likes of D'Angelo, George Michael, Prince, Boyz 2 Men and Stevie Wonder.
In 2019 he made his debut as a producer and collaborated with Darko Dimitrov and Milan Laca Radulovic on Elena's "2000's" and "Zabranjujem". He later went on to produce and co-write records for major artists in Eastern Europe such as Raus, 2bona and more.
In 2022, after signing to Avrupa Muzik Yapim ve Tic., TOBY released three singles "Let Me Love You", "Got It All" and "Alone" to positive reviews from critics all around the Balkans.
In 2024, after a two year hiatus TOBY declared a new musical direction with the anticipated follow up his 2022 singles - "Can't Get Enough" which features the Brooklyn-born rapper Stimulus.
We can define TOBY's musical style as "alternative R&B that is far from modern clichés, infused with a nostalgic feeling".
