Zanger en songwriter Laurence Jones heeft zich ontwikkeld als het gitaarfenomeen van Engeland en wordt vaak vergeleken met een jonge Eric Clapton. Zijn mix van riffs, solo's en aanstekelijke nummers heeft hem verschillende prijzen en speeltijd opgeleverd op nationale radiostations. Laurence Jones, die zelf zegt vooral beïnvloedt te zijn door Led Zeppelin, Gary Moore en Eric Clapton, is een man met een missie. Hij wil de blues van binnenuit spelen: “Om blues te kunnen begrijpen moet je het niet alleen kunnen spelen, maar moet je het ook voelen”. Zijn meest recente album, ‘Bad Luck & The Blues’, bereikte de eerste plaats op de officiële UK Jazz & Blues lijst en werd opgenomen in de British Blues Hall Of Fame.
