Claus Hempler Biography
Claus Hempler is a Danish rock and jazz singer.
In 1981 he started the band Fielfraz with Nils Brakchi (bass), Kenneth Priisholm (guitar) and Jens Langhorn (drums). The band broke up in 1993.
As a solo artist, Claus Hempler has released the albums "Charm School for Pop Singers" (1999), "Hempler" (2004) and "Return of the Yes Man" (2007). He has also been guest vocalist on albums by other Danish artists such as Nikolaj Nørlund and Dicte.
He was also among the artists who interpreted the classic songs of Leonard Cohen on the cd "På Danske Læber - 16 Leonard Cohen-sange i danske fortolkninger"(2004).
