No bass and drums needed, pros in the James Anthony band will back you. This is like Karaoke oldies but with an amazing LIVE BAND. No metal or way too loud guitarists need apply on this one. James Anthony Band Biography

James Anthony A natural musician at age 10, played Ontario Place at 15 and turned pro at 17. James' experience in the music industry is reminiscent of legendary players of the past. Throughout his career he has been a most sought after sideman.His first Road experience was with "Reggae star" Jay Douglas and then the last version of Edward Bear in 1974.In 1980 his band Mondo Combo (on RCA enginered in part by by Daniel Lanois) played Massey Hall and played back to back with,Howling Wolf,Albert King at the now legendary El Mocambo and the Colonial Tavern in Toronto. James Rasmussen-Bass Has been a performing bassist for 40 years and in that time has been privileged to perform with some great nationally known artists including Kim Wilson of the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Lucky Peterson, Sherman Robertson, Big Bill Morganfield, Finis Tasby and Sleepy LaBeef. Also James has toured and performed with many successful bands including the internationally touring blues band Big Dave and the Ultrasonics from Michigan. Also, during his 30 years in the Detroit, Michigan area he performed with Al Hill (currently Bettye Lavette's musical director) Lady Sunshine and Ben Wilson (currently with Blues Traveler). The past ten years James has been playing bass with many great artists in the Toronto area including David Rotundo, Jack DeKeyzer, Carlos Del Junco and a host of others. Currently James main gig is with the guitar virtuoso James Anthony. Bucky Berger-Drums Born in Montreal, Canada, June 4/51, and began playing for Cliff Edwards[The Bells},David Wilcox .
