Christine Jackson Music Biography
With her lilting vocals, creative arrangements, and delicate indie-folk craft, Canadian singer/songwriter Christine Jackson made her international debut with her first single Who Do You Feel Like in 2022.
After years of writing, performing, and preparation, Christine was one of the few Canadian artists awarded with FACTOR funding under the artist development program which helped finance the launch of her career. Jackson began collaborating in the studio with major label Record Producers Andre Kaden Black and Giordan Postorino. Prior to her single release, Christine has had success placing first in the Simcoe Rising Star showcase as well as being the first artist on the WOM worldwide music showcase. In 2020 she also made the final 8 out of 10,000+ applicants on the eighth season of the popular Canadian TV series The Shot: Remastered.
In 2021 Jackson started collaborating with a nonprofit organization she’s passionate about, Toronto’s Queer Collective who are dedicated to helping LGBTQ2S+ artists thrive. They have helped her begin to make her mark in the Toronto Music Scene. They have provided her with photoshoots, videography, free promotion, & performance opportunities. After a strong successful year, Christine is back in the studio and is anticipating dropping more new music.
