The story of WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH began in late 2005 in Germany's capital city of Berlin. Tired of former bands and projects, these five individuals came together with a clear goal: Mixing up Mathcore with an undeniable Hardcore flair and a fine blend of Jazz! WFAHM do not claim to be a band that's true to any kind of genre or style. It is not about any perceived image issue, they are just music fans - not scenesters.

Since WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH uploaded their first few songs on myspace.com, an immense amount of plays and support from fans all over the globe helped to raise the awareness of the band and eventually lead to the release of their Split-CD with Molotov Solution (Twelve Gauge Records). Various shows and festivals across all of Europe followed including extensive tours with Dying Fetus, Skinless, Ion Dissonance, Cephalic Carnage, The Ocean, Burning Skies and The Red Chord helped further the Band's name in the underground Metal and Hardcore scene. Upcoming tours through the USA and Europe and loads of summer festivals are lined up for 2008 as well.

With their undisputed live presence and the onslaught of internet hype, their stunning debut masterpiece "transmetropolitan", their new singer (Nico, The Ocean) and a new album in the works, this band and it's vision seems unstoppable!
