About Milla
1) Milica Jovović/Милица Јововић (born 17th December 1975) better known as Milla Jovovich, Ukrainian-born and of Serbian origin, is a supermodel, actress, musician, singer, and clothing designer.
Jovovich was born in Kiev, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union, to Bogdan "Bogić" Bogdanović Jovović, a Serbian medical doctor, and Galina Loginova (after marriage, Galina Jovović), a Soviet actress of Russian origin.
In 1981, when Milla was five years old, her family had to leave the Soviet Union for political reasons and move to London; they subsequently lived in Sacramento, California, USA. Seven months later, they settled in Los Angeles, California. She also has a brother named Marco Jovovich born in 1988.
In 1994, Jovovich, billed under her first name, released her first musical album, The Divine Comedy. After leading a band called Plastic Has Memory, Jovovich returned to her acting career, receiving top billing and entering the world of action heroes, with her performances in The Fifth Element (1997) and in two popular films based upon the survival horror series, Resident Evil.
Jovovich's vocals appeared on the 2004 album Legion of Boom by The Crystal Method. She also recorded the single "Rocket Collecting", which appeared on the soundtrack for the film Underworld.
She's continued to dabble, often doing home recording, appearing on late night television and playing acoustic, and releasing lots of demos on her website (www.millaj.com). She often talks about another album, but perhaps is waiting for another big impetus like Frusciante.
2) Milla, also known as LKHS is a improvisational noise'n'roll duo from Tallinn (Estonia). Less is known about this band, but that their influence comes from Sasha Gray and pigs.
