New York/New Jersey based overnight success story FANCY REAGAN has an eclectic story and sound from a hometown, humble rooted beginning. And, not so overnight as it may seem..... New Jersey based native, Jason Krebs, started a band based off the writings of his true life battles of love and life. He teamed up with childhood buddy, Chris Tsaganeas, award winning drummer, who then enlisted another hometown friend, seasoned guitarist, Rich Fuchs. The three of them forged forward seeking the missing links to the band. Keeping true to their local, hometown roots, they called upon bassist, Bobby Kay, who finalized their musical base. The only missing piece to this puzzle was a lead frontman. Through channel after channel, they stumbled upon New York City based vocal powerhouse, Sean Michael Murray. His charismatic live performance and pitch perfect soaring vocals were just what the band was searching for. They began writing, playing, and recording together about a year and a half ago and it was a magical fit. Since then, they've played 100's of venues, won NYC based battle of the bands, and most recently became the first winners ever to VH1's new hit show MAKE A BAND FAMOUS! With over 3000 bands submissions, narrowed to 24 bands, competing in 24 hours, they reined supreme to the challenges and dominated all the way through. It was no mistake they formed, no mistake they became a band, and now as REPUBLIC RECORDS newest family member, it's no mistake they are on their way to fame.
