Sherita Perez

Sherita Perez is a unique singer-songwriter and entertainer that creates memorable songs from authentic experiences with a heart-felt sound that draws listeners into the moment. People say her voice has a classic sound that echoes the styles artists like Stevie Nicks, Janis Joplin, and Dolly Parton. Her roots lie in Texas and she continues to grow and cultivate her music style on the road, touring both nationally and internationally.
 Sherita recently preformed at SXSW Official, Austin City Limits live Radio Broadcast at The Towns Van Zandt Hotel in Austin, TX. Sherita has opened for Joan Osborne and James McMurtry. Sherita has supported shows for Ani DeFranco, The String Cheese Incident, and Taj Mahal. Recently, Sherita was a performer at the 25th Annual Kate Wolf Music Festival and The Hog Farm Hideaway 2022 at The Black Oak Ranch in Laytonville, CA, as well as played at The Golden Gate Band Shell in San Francisco, CA.
Sherita has been featured on BMI's Singer-Songwriter Series at The Saxon Pub and the Texas Music Office's Texas Music Mixtape KOOP Radio- Original Music Hour alongside Willie Nelson, Nora Jones & Shiny Ribs. Sherita also has an artist sponsorship with Berkeley Mandolins and received a scholarship SWRFA 2022. Sherita’s Song, “Pack it In/Pack It Out” will be featured as Joshua Trees National Parks PSA this year.
