Anna Bergendahl

A Swedish music queen, Goodwill Ambassador for the Swedish United Nations Association and soon-to-be medical doctor. Anna Bergendahl has been a staple in Swedish music for quite some time, and she is now more relevant than ever. Let's start from the beginning.

At 16, she rose to fame in Swedish Idol 2008 and won Melodifestivalen two years later with "This Is My Life". The song placed no. 1 on the singles chart and her debut album "Yours Sincerely" reached no. 1 on the album chart. Anna also started her medical studies before making a long-awaited comeback in 2018 with her two singles "Vice" and "Broken Melody", where the former became one of the most played songs on Sweden’s biggest radio network P4.

The following year, Anna returned to Melodifestivalen with her entry "Ashes To Ashes", reached platinum certification, topped the Swedish radio chart, placed no. 1 on Svensktoppen and finished the year as the fourth most played Swedish song on national radio. She also competed in Melodifestivalen 2020 with the song "Kingdom Come". The song made a huge impact on the audience - ending on third place - reaching #1 on both the Swedish airplay and iTunes charts and peaking at #5 on the Swedish Spotify chart.

A couple of months later, Anna released her single "Thelma and Louise", a song that was later included on Anna's long awaited and highly acclaimed EP "Vera". Anna finished the year by releasing her latest Christmas single, "It Never Snows In California".

Now Anna is releasing the new single "Grain of Trust". A strong pop song with lyrics about trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Together with her voice and producer Peter Kvint’s beautiful production, Anna gives us a song full of hope which she dedicates to all who have worried over their loved ones during the past year.

In september 2021 Anna released "Bottom Of This Bottle" as a result of a collab with Tyler Rich.
