Best show ever. Small venue, smaller stage but he "made it do what it do baby. " Sold out show as well.

What an absolutely amazing performer, brilliant singer and also very funny ! One of my all time live music favourites. Seen him 3 times in UK. Cannot believe he is not a huge star Also what a band he has around him. The 229 club is a great venue , just could just need a few more seats for its older audience members. Rock On, Steve Wehrle

The artist & his band were great! Great showmanship, nice messaging from SugarRay about the importance of civility. Very personable. Loved the nightclub feel of the venue. Only negative for me was how loud the bank was considering the small size of the venue.

Coming back to the recently reopened Biscuit & Blues after 5 years was like coming home. We loaded up a 12 person Van and drove from Sacramento to SF to see the show with Sugaray Rayford! I will go see Sugaray any and every time I can. This man and his entire band is sensational, and if this band doesn't make you want to move and groove, well, nothing can. Fabulous venue (Biscuit & Blues, SF - thank you Steven Yuen), fabulous music, fabulous fun! Thank you Sugaray Rayford and your band for a great night of music. I'll be baaaack...

Unbelievable !! Outstanding!! Fantastic!! This guy is the real deal, a true showman. He had the crowd in the palm of his hands from the first song to the last. Sugaray's infectious energy was caught by his entire band. The horn section was tight and the guitarist's playing was original and compelling. Buy their records and don't ever miss a chance to see them "live". The Sugaray Rayford band was definitely the highlight of the weekend.

Amazing. Tiny venue for a 7-piece band but they gave it everything. Sugaray is a huge voice and a huge personality. I couldn’t stop smiling. Go to see him when you get a chance!

Blue me away!

Just brilliant, amazing performer and an unbelievable band. They were delayed (trains...), tired and then pulled off an incredible show, just brilliant (can't find a better word). Had the opportunity to get a signed record after the show. They say never meet your heroes, but not if your hero is Sugaray, what a kind and humble man! If you have the opportunity to catch Sugaray and his band live, it's a no brainer, I'll say it one more time, absolutely brilliant!!!! :D
