The Kennedys

The show was wonderful. It's so much fun to see how well they work together and to hear their latest new songs. They are both fantastic musicians and singers---what a delight!

Great show! I've followed the Kennedys for several years, but this was my first time to hear them--and as a bonus, actually meet them! Looking forward to the next time I can catch one of their shows.

Whose idea was it to announce at the start that they'd do one song from each of their 17 albums, IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER? Presuming that their songwriting and performance improved as their 30-year career went on, I'd rather have heard some of their newer stuff in the first half of the show. Those early songs seemed overly long and repetitious...maybe a 3rd instrument that was NOT a guitar would have helped add a little depth and variety to the sound. I'm really hoping the second half was better but I don't know, as we gave up and left during the intermission.

Excellent venue. Great sound and easy to see the stage. The Kennedys were engaging the audience throughout the concert.

The show was incredible, they created the best Bob Dylan tribute band ever!!! I have known Pete and Maura a long time now and it was great to hear them and the others sound so GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

Hello fello Music Fans We drove from Savannah GA to see the Kennedys in person for the first time We went with daughters family, and brothers family to a small venue-Live at Teds Maura and Pete Kennedy were beyond all expextaions. Pete is the most amazing guitarist/ musician I have ever witnessed in person. Maura, song writer, guitar player/singer is better in person than even her videos. Their original music is exceptional. The cover songs wonderfully done! After a susbstanial career- their newest music album is one of their best. We will travel to see them again whenever reasonable. An amzing, intimate gathering. Thank you Maura and Pete for taking the time to share your talent and positive energy with everyone in attendance. This show will go down as one of my serendipitous experiences.

The Kennedys never disappoint. Intimate and relaxed setting in the Temple Beth El in Hollywood. Good acoustics. Friendly crowd. Pete & Maura Kennedy are over the top talented. We heard originals from their newly released Headwinds album and many others from their previous albums. We enjoyed hearing what inspired each song and stories from their tours with Nanci Griffith and others. The Kennedys are Folk and Americana music at its best.

The show was excellent. Lots of good music. Had snacks and drinks. Not a lot of parking at the church but plenty across the street.

The Kennedys were awesome, as usual. It’s been a few years since we’ve seen them play in person and they did not disappoint. Pete is still a monster on guitar, and Moira…there aren’t enough superlatives to describe her. Does this woman ever age?!?!

Small and intimate venue with great sound! Pete and Maura did not disappoint with two back-to-back shows they kept lively and different! Enjoyed them immmensly!

An all around terrific house concert! The host and hostess were friendly, the artists talented and warm - circulated during the pre-show potluck dinner. The venue was nicely conceived for such events, on beautiful grounds! Top notch!

Fantastic show. Pete and Maura are top notch musicians and entertainers. Their professionalism is only exceeded by the fact that they are truly caring, compassionate human beings. If they play this venue in the future, I will most certainly attend. The fact that BCAGC is 15 minutes from my home is a big bonus.

Love their music, versatility, talent and chemistry! The Turning Point provided the intimacy to enjoy them even more.

Fantastic show it's not everyday you get The Kennedys & The Slambo's in the same room much less playing together. Tom Clark's Treehouse is a wonderful little jewel of a venue... highly recommend.
