In hindsight this concert was fantastic, but quite overstimulating in the moment if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. Prepare to be shoved around by entitled teenagers trying to get to the front and prepare to witness several people passing out around you. I guess it all kind of matches The Front Bottoms aesthetic lol. The band was pretty great though, and the sound quality was very 10/10 :3
p.s. the opener (Eliza & The Delusionals) was absolutely lovely!! :0

I will never ever forgive myself for not approaching brian before the show. I went up to the front entrance because I wasn’t aware the line was out back. I couldn’t muster the courage to say hi. Brian please come back to this venue and stand out back again. I loved the show it was the highlight of my year.

BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!! This was my first concert and I flew all the way from Florida to see this show!! I'm so grateful and the energy was so powerful!!!! Ugly cried so many times, so happy I finally got to see a concert and it was for my favorite band!!!! Love my life!!! Thank you Front Bottoms for everything!!!!!

Under 18 was probably a smart financial decision but I’m going to be honest the crowd being there just for lone star was the weirdest thing I have ever seen. I love seeing new fans but they seemed to be hating being there the entire time and just would record certain parts of songs. But the set list for absolutely amazing I couldn’t ask for more bangers.

so amazing, opening act Mobley took my phone and took a selfie with the crowd. I was so close I got the setlist from the drummer, still have it hanging on my wall. I took my friend because tickets were so affordable and it happened to be their first time going to an actual concert, she was nervous at first but had an amazing time and really opened up when the energy of the crowd and performers set in on her. they also used bubbles instead of confetti because el rey is so small and it was so fun and interactive. I truly made some memories I won't forget :)

Venue was amazing, lots of places to view the show! I personally went from the center front up to the balcony and the sound quality was so good from both spots. Slothrust was also so amazing! The show was so fun and there was also plenty of merch so it didn't feel like you had to rush to get anything :)

Such great performers, had a blast..
But to people in the crowd, please be aware of who you’re around and pushing and stepping on & for the love of god stop pushing your way to the front of the crowd.. if you were not there early enough to secure a spot at the front don’t take away the enjoyment of the people who did arrive early and waited

They were so appreciative of being able to play such a legendary venue and gave us a heartfelt set through and through. The visualizers were a bit distractingly weird at times but the sound quality and playing was top notch. I also think I liked the setlist at the last show in Boulder a bit better bc I knew more songs then, but the new record dropping didn't have them play the whole thing from what I could tell and they still showered us with fan favorite oldies.

the show was amazing but the venue wasn’t so good. the crew was very rude and there was a specific guy who kept telling me my partner couldn’t have me on their back!?? like we were up against the wall and not in anyone’s way and he was on our ass even though multiple people were crowd surfing. the merch was cheap and over priced and then the bad didn’t even come out to say hi :/// also paid $15 for a drink. was a little disappointed with the experience

Seeing the Front Bottoms was a dream come true for my 26 yr old daughter. She started crying when they came out. Their songs massively helped during her struggles 'fitting in', with anxiety and a tough breakup. I hope the bands reads comments even though they already know how to chase a dream no matter - and that 'what they have to say' is important. It resonates with A LOT of people. It was a joy to see a room full of diehard loyals, singing along to every verse knowing the quirky pauses and fist-raising cheers. The energy was palatable, their stage presence: commanding. Sound was impeccable. AND... I felt safe (which says a lot in this day & age). At the Fillmore in Charlotte, we were close enough to the stage to see the performance but far back enough to avoid crowd surfing. I could easily see myself dropping a fan on their head. Happy to have avoided that! BTW: Mobley was an excellent opener. Wow. 2nd band was impressive too. Lots of value for the ticket price.
Thank you, from the front and bottom of my heart, for the full on, high energy performance. You guys didn't hold back. Played all her favorite songs. I know what to get Maggie for Christmas. I'll l shop your website for official merch. Love you guys, Mom.

They had a lot of good fun energy with the bubbles and hot dog costume man and taking requests from the audience. I wish there was a little more talking to break up the songs from each other because it would have been fun to hear what the band's personality was outside of the songs themselves. Also I was standing way in the back so there was no way they were gonna hear/see me yelling for them to play "Laugh Till I Cry", but they played all their other major hits and a few less big ones. Impressive number of songs for a single set + 3 song encore.

The best show i have ever attended, i was in the very front and I️t really couldn’t have been a better night. I️t felt as if the concert was taking place in my bedroom with the soft lights and happy energy, I️t was amazing, this front bottoms concert was a night i will NEVER forget, i plan on getting the date of the show tatted on my ankle with the front bottoms logo and ace of spades written under I️t. The next day i had a bit of post concert sadness knowing I’ll never feel that happy again, but I’m so happy I️t did.

They put on a great show but just know that if you’re 20+ you will feel out of place in the pit. Idk if it’s the Fueled by Ramen pick up or just the tone of the new music but everyone looked like they were in high school and did not know how to move as a crowd, everyone was falling over.

AMAZING SHOW!!! Great performers, great venue, great merch, great music! Honestly the best show I’ve been to, 99% of the crowd was chill, there was no moshing, none of that insane pushing, minimal crowd surfers... honestly fantastic. The set list was phenomenal & if you stuck around late enough after the show, you got to meet the bands!!! Unfortunately, the security was slacking & someone managed to make it on stage & stage dive right into my face, sooo only 4.5 stars

The band themselves were wonderful and had such an incredible stage presence. My night was ruined a bit by the fans who seemed so wild to be noticed individually by the band that they trampled me and my other small female friends. The crowd was very inconsiderate. I have been to several metal shows where the fans are incredibly kind and thoughtful despite moshing and getting absolutely crazy. I don't under the narcissistic, attention-crazed people who came to this particular show. I certainly do not mean to blame the venue or band, but i truly did not have a very good time.

only marked down half a point bc I almost passed out from basically being suffocated my other people rushing the the stage. The band was fucking phenomenal & sound exactly the same live. They're my favorite band so I might be a little bias lol. I will say though they did take a while to start up and my feet were dying after but the two opening bands are great also. Also, Brian wore a pair of the peace sign wings on stage & a pirate hat at one point so it was great and they did a three song encore. It was an amazing night 💖💖💖

The concert is such an exhilarating experience!! My boyfriend and I have been listening to them for years! He surprised me with tickets as one of my 18th birthday presents! The Front Bottoms were so amazing and I wish I had the opportunity to go to more of their shows! The performances from Bad Bad Hats and the Basement were really fascinating! 10/10 would recommend!

The show was definetly outstanding, for the first concert I've ever went to, I'll make sure I'll appear at the next. There were a few issues, such as somebody smoking marijuana right in front of an underage person (Me; A thirteen year old), but that is the only major complaint I really have. The lighting was amazing, the concert was spectacular, and it was absolutely worth my time and money.

It won't let me rate it 5/5 but it was absolutely amazing, I loved the first two bands and TFB were so engaged with the crowd, the short reading was so great about the deer, the merch was reasonably priced considering it's an indie band and the clothing is good quality. It was a phenomenal night that I thoroughly enjoyed, I'd gladly go again

Me and some friends went to get food before the show, and saw members of the front bottoms walking back to the venue and we got to say that we love them, and then the show itself was so emotional and they played Rhode island Just for the state, and played two really strong closings, i cant put exaxtly into words
