Excellent concert, my first time at the Sunrise Theatre. Had an issue with my ticket that I purchased at the Theatre website. I needed a handicap ticket with a companion. Purchased the ticket which showed one seat and space for handicap equipment. When I arrived at the venue I was told that I needed another ticket. I had to pay full price so my husband could sit on his walker seat. Disappointed that the website wasn’t clear on the seating chart and pricing.

I have been an Air Supple fan since the early 80s. I am now 52 and have never seen them in concert. This was their 50th anniversary concert and it was amazing!!! God bless Graham and Russell for keeping it going all these years. The crowd was unbelievable. Every song, the crowd sang along…it was truly amazing. First time for me to go to the Peabody and it was a great venue.

Absolutely incredible. Air Supply is totally awesome and inclusive to their fans. I had a meet and greet with Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock before concert. And on stage for 3 songs.Which was phenomenal to experience. AIR Supply since 1975 has been and still rocking concert venues through out the world. I've been to see different artists in my life. Air Supply is my absolute favorite because they interact with their fans The band has such great artists with Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock founders of Air Supply. Air Supply Tech Crew makes the magic happen at each concert with instruments, lighting,sound, video. Carry the merchandise mgr absolutely sweet and works hard to sell Air Supply merchandise and takes the bands equ Equipment ment through the United States for concerts. Jeff the tour mgr is absolutely kind and friendly.He helps run everything that is needed for Air Supply on the road. Barry is Air Supply's mgr sets them up for everything they do each year from concerts to making a Album and much Barry is really kind to Air Supply Music. His wife Patti is absolutely amazing. Very kind to Air Supply fans Peggy is part of the Air Supply family. She helps Cari with all kinds of things. She is really kind to Air Supply fans Air Supply is a rock band.If people get the chance to see them for their 50 th Anniversary celebration concerts 2025 it will be a whole incredible experience for them. Absolutely awesome concert at Epcot March 9th 2025. Air Supply Music totally rocks Disney World like no other band. Graham Russell, Russell Hitchcock founders of Air Supply since 1975 when I was a kid and my parents listened to them Have totally continued to make incredible music and with the Air Supply Music band members that are totally equally talented artists. Mirko on piano, keyboard Pavel Valdman on Drums Aaron Mclain on Electric guitar Doug Gild Bass player Cat cellist Cassie Cellist Hannah Cellist Frank fill in for Doug at Epcot. Air Supply is a rock band not soft rock. Go see a concert and you will find out the classic Air Supply songs are rock songs Graham, Russell are rocking sold at venues with Air Supply bands members. Totally going to more Air Supply concerts. I'm a Airhead since Late 1970's and continue to be a proud Airhead. Air Supply is inclusive,kind and authentic.

It was an amazing experience. I had on stage VIP where we stood center stage next to the drummer. The band is so personal that they make you feel like they were performing for you on stage. Russell and Graham's vocal are just as youthful as when they started 49 years ago. Russell make his vocal range look easy. They are by far the best performers and down to earth band I have ever witnessed.

The AIr Supply concert at the Riverside Theater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 3rd was fantastic. They are and have been a phenomenal band for almost 50 years. I have seen them many many times over the years and each concert is GREAT.. They never disappoint the fans. Russell and Graham have so much energy on stage. and it is apparent that they are best friends. The current band line up is exceptional! Aaron, Doug, Mirko and Pavel are the best. They always give 100%. I know many times they are listed as soft rock but be warned, their live show is a rock concert, nice and loud! Air Supply is the best. The venue was great as well.

Air Supply is the best band in the world! They sang all of their hits plus songs from the 80s!! At the show the band interacts with the audience very well and sing ballads with high energy and high volume! The entire arena rocked and I’m surprised the roof didn’t came in! it was a fabulous show and I will go again and again and again! James Gleason

Again, the venue is incorrect: there was no "Renfro Valley Barn Dance." The venue was the New Barn Theatre at the Renfro Valley Entertainment Center. This is the case for most shows on this property. This was another stellar show that I saw. Air Supply was popular during my teen years but I never had the chance to see them back then. When I found out they were playing at Renfro Valley, there was no way I was passing up the chance. Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock have not lost a thing. The place was sold out (approximately 1600 seats), with audience members from all walks of life and of all ages. People were singing along with almost every song, sometimes dancing in the aisles, or at least dancing near their seats. Russell Hitchcock blew the roof off the place with his rendition of "Without You," a song most famously done by Harry Nilsson but written and originally performed by Badfinger. They also appeared to be very humble and gracious after the performance. They bowed to and thanked each section of the theatre. They also were generous: usually, the guitarists only toss out the last pick they used, maybe along with the backups they have lined up on a microphone stand, but these guitarists had their pockets full of picks and tossed fistfuls of picks into the audience. I never had seen this before! If you are a fan of just a couple of songs, you have to go see them play. You just might find yourself realizing you know more Air Supply than you think you do!

Fantastic show! It was so fun to sing along, even if it is just in your head, to these beautiful melodies. I still can’t believe how good Russell and Graham still sound into their 70’s. Yes, we are all getting up there in age but the songs brought back so many great memories and transported us back in time and made my wife and I feel like teenagers again. I couldn’t help but wonder after the show just how many children were conceived over the years because of their music. 😎

This was the fourth time that I've seen Air Suppy at the Xcite Center. What an amazing show. The energy and excitement from the crowd and Air Supply is something I always look forward to. Air Supply loves all of their fans and it's simply amazing that they've been on tour now for 48 years. They love what they do. I can't wait to see them again soon.

One of the best shows I've ever seen we went to the meet and greet they were so personable they were nice that they cared about their fans so many do not cuz I have been to quite a few other concerts I recommend seeing them I recommend seeing the meet and greet next time they come into the area I will be the first one to sign up amazing amazing amazing Graham and Russell are class act

Air Supply was amazing. My son purchased seats in Section C, Row A, seat 1 and 2. The speakers were directly in front of us blocking part of our view and the band members couldn’t stand in front of us but people to the left of us, they had a different experience BUT they couldn’t see 95% of the stage. The speakers were so close my heart jumped when the drummer hit. The sections aren’t clearly marked and the workers have no idea what is what. Unless you sit in Section D or the first couple of seats in Section C, you can’t see anything. The set up is horrible. Overall, I don’t think I’ll revisit this venue.

Air Supply was wonderful but warm up singer for 45 minutes Regina Karma was horrendous!! She’s not listed as the warm up and the whaling she does hurts your ears. Air Supply then waited another 45 minutes to come on stage. Way too long. Crowd was yelling “get off stage”. Will never go to des Plaines Theater again because of their lack of integrity in disclosing the acts. Also whoever chose her must have received a good blow job from her!!!

Air Supply: 4/28/23 “As love would have it Friday found me in Spartanburg South Carolina with every woman in the world to me—Michele for an evening with Air Supply billed ‘The Lost In Love Experience’ tour 2023. It would be my first time ever seeing the yacht rock soft rock duo from Melbourne Australia LIVE. In full disclosure when I first heard the band’s ‘Lost In Love’ I was a freshman in high school making my way rather quickly away from Top 40 and into the hard rock scene. I wanted to hate the song but just couldn’t. In that day and in my circle a band like Air Supply was just not something to brag on or to even be heard listening to. Those days were different for sure and fans took some heat as others wrongfully identified the band with a class of individuals even though both founding members remain happily married to their respective wives. Fun as they were, I’m glad those days have changed and that I’ve taught myself how to not be motivated by pier pressure which has opened the doorway to a love of all music genres and styles! The band fronted by Russell Hitchcock 73 and Graham Russell 72 originally starting as a trio of frontmen and has included numerous band members before settling on the duo we’ve come to know as Air Supply. Meeting in 1975 as members of Jesus Christ Superstar (a rock opera) the duo now has 17 studio albums (from ’76-’10) with 18 singles including 4 #1’s. With a catalogue like that the evening was shaping up to be a nostalgia-driven trip down memory lane for the both of us. Upon hearing that Air Supply would be making their way through the Upstate I decided on a choice of front row center balcony seats at the presale after a quick walk upstairs last time I was in the auditorium revealed that those would indeed make great seats. The stage was set from L to R as such: keys, drums, bass, guitar, Graham and Russell in the forefront, a simple curtain backdrop with no video screens. At 7:30 p.m. the duo with band took the stage for a 1:45 hour / 15 song performance. Beginning with 1981’s ‘Sweet Dreams’, ’82’s ‘Even The Nights Are Better’, ’85’s ‘Just As I Am’, and 80’s ‘Every Woman In The World’ they steamrolled through the hits before Russell addressed a slightly more than half filled venue. ‘Ladies and Gentlemen you guys are awesome already, can’t wait for the rest of it.’ ‘I say this every night because it’s the truth, we take nothing for granted up here on stage, we do sincerely appreciate you coming to see us and spending time with us.’ That being said he set into motion the opening notes of their #1 ‘Here I Am’ after which the other half of the duo (Graham) addressed the crowd. ‘We don’t get down here very often in fact I can’t remember the last time we were in Spartanburg I think it’s like twenty-five years ago’. We’ve played over 5,300 LIVE shows but tonight will be the best of our career.’ Russell’s voice somewhat gruff while speaking somehow transformed instantly into the soaring highs we’re used to hearing when singing. The both of them criss-crossed each other throughout the evening and utilized the wings of the stage frequently to get more personal with their fans better known as ‘Airheads’. Next they introduced a brand new song ‘Be Tough” from a forthcoming album, the first in fourteen years. ‘We thought you might want to hear one of the songs from the album tonight.’ Mid-set Russell and band left the set leaving Graham alone on stage. According to a setlist visibly placed by the soundboard this was to be ‘G’s Spot’. ‘Russell sings the high things and after he’s had a cup of tea he’s gonna come back on and sing a lot more high things, and while he’s doing that I get to do whatever I want.’ Graham read a poem he composed in a Graham Edge/Moody Blues style and fashion titled ‘Am I’. ‘Am I the pebble lying in the stream or the water freed from melting snow. Am I a dreamers sleeping dream that has no home nowhere to go….’ Graham is a n amazing poet, look it up online, who knew?! Graham then treated us to a simply amazing guitar solo on the 12 string acoustic which was a mix of strumming, tapping, and body percussion! Self taught, the leftie plays with the low E string on the bottom, hence where righty’s would be playing a down stroke he plays upstrokes. It is amazing to watch! Russell returned, as the two took a seat they told stories of the early days of their career getting on the map by opening for Rod Stewart. Other songs in the set included, ‘Chances’, ‘I Can’t Wait’ (from Ghost Busters), ’Two Less Lonely People In The World’, and ’The One That You Love’. The final song of the regular set was the evening’s highlight ‘Making Love Out Of Nothing At All’. Performed as a power rock anthem it began with a mini drum solo leading into an 80’s style electric guitar introduction with elements of Van Halen’s ‘Eruption’: A perfect power rock ballad disguised as s love song! The stage lighting matched every power note and vocal. I began to visibly laugh to myself at how a band I once time considered weak or timid could perform a song that any hairband could bring stadiums to their feet just a few short years later. By the way, at this point everyone was on their feet and moving down the isles to get as close to the stage as possible. An encore consisted of two songs Harry Nilson’s ‘Without You’ which was also a charted single for the band back in 1987, and ‘All Out Of Love’ culminating with the band and audience singing each word a capella. At show’s end the duo stuck around on stage shaking every hand to the background sound of the Beatles ‘All You Need Is Love’. They also left us with some of their own parting words to consider, ‘Kindness goes a long way… love goes a lot further’! At one point Graham had asked the audience for hands up if it was the first time seeing the band, ‘Why did you wait for forty-eight years?’ And I had to wonder why for myself, or even why there were empty seats in the house. From undiscovered down under, Russell who had left school to work as a salesman and Graham a small time percussionist ‘so poor that they checked the backs of hotel sofas for change so that they could buy bread to make toast’ to today —a near 50 years later, Air Supply has unashamedly made their way indefinitely into American hearts!” Review and photo by DAve (Concert #774)

This was my 10th time seeing them in concert. The first time was 1981. Russell's voice is still amazing. The venue was very unique. I loved the show. I really love how I can go alone and the people you meet there (standing online to get in or people you sit next to) become friends.

I first saw them in the early 80’s and have lost count how many times I’ve seen them since, more than I can remember. They are always so wonderful during VIP meet and greets and always sound better and better!!! They age like fine wine and can’t wait to see them again!

This was a wonderful concert! It was so awesome, I loved it. I sang every word of every song. I felt I was 20 again. We had front row seats, when trying to take pictures the guys were great. I sure hope you have them come back next year, I will be there front row again. My nephew went with me and had a great time also. The sound was great and the facility is wonderful. I have nothing to say.

The show was great. The band was great. They played all the great songs. Only a couple I didn't recognize. During one song, Russell and Graham walked out into the crowd. I believe it was The One That You Love. That was cool. I was right by the stage where Graham walked by. Awesome. Wish I had my camera ready. I was expecting a good show but was really impressed with just how great it was. I really enjoyed it. One of the highlights of this year. I'll definately go again the next time they come around. They really know how to put on a great show.

It was excellent until the drunk bitch behind me put her hands on me and when I told her to stop she called me a dick. Management was barely apologetic. It's disappointing to drop so much money and have someone verbally attack you at the end. She is in the striped shirt.
