About Fuze
Fuze was born in Elgin and L-Town Oklahoma, risen from the ashes of hatred and depression. His music is the retaliation against his own emotions, in his attempt to control himself and his destiny. Studio 15 is his throne, and the Black Knife Underground is his family. Starting in 2006, Fuze was in elementary school still, writing lyrics all on his desk and notebooks. During middle school he became interested in poetry and imaginative writing styles. He became the top of his English class for poetry and continued to write every word he felt and everything that went through his head. In early December 2014, Fuze decided to write his first semi-professional lyrics for music. For Christmas that year, his parents helped him afford equipment for a home studio. He began writing many songs following that, and by June of 2015 the Black Knife Underground was formed of many other rappers and artists in the same area with the same dream. With a busy schedule between school, work, and producing music, Fuze had little time for recording. His first mixtape (Laptop and a Dream) dropped on December 2nd, 2015 consisting of 12 songs. "Laptop and a Dream was supposed to show my followers my emotions. That's why I threw in a mix of upbeat happy songs, to hateful songs, to depressing songs," Fuze claimed while explaining the meaning behind each song. By making a start in Hip-Hop, he gathered heavy influences from genres such as R&B, Alternative Rock, and EDM. He was greatly inspired by famous artists such as Linkin Park, Machine Gun Kelly, Tech N9ne, and even Taylor Swift. Since dropping Laptop and a Dream in December of 2015, Fuze has gained much popularity in the Underground scene, and is sharing his music across the nation as best he can. Fuze will continue this path well into 2016 and beyond, with more songs and performances to come. Underground rapper/producer. Leader of Black Knife Underground. Sole producer for Black Knife Underground.
