Skatenigs are an industrial punk powerhouse known for their aggressive sound, rebellious attitude, and high-energy live shows. Emerging from the Texas underground in the late ‘80s, they fused metal, punk, and electronic beats into a raw, in-your-face sonic assault. Led by Phil Owen, Skatenigs gained a cult following with their 1992 debut Stupid People Shouldn’t Breed, delivering politically charged anthems and unapologetic party chaos. Collaborating with Ministry’s Al Jourgensen and touring with industrial heavyweights, they became infamous for their wild stage presence and hard-hitting tracks. Decades later, Skatenigs continue to bring their signature blend of aggression and humor to the stage, proving that stupidity still shouldn’t breed!
