Young Fathers

While the band was amazing as ussual, the sound was not good. It was difficult to hear the voices above the instruments and it all sounded like there was way too much treble, to the point of distortion. I have seen them several times before and the sound has always been excellent!

Fantastic performance! They gave it all they had and it was so much fun to see their passion and dance along!

They were dynamite as always! One of my favourite bands.

Very intimate venue. Cracking performance in a 100 max capacity I'd say. So gladi'vecaught them. Lucky to get a ticket I guess, as they've sold out the vastly bigger adjacent SWX venue at the end of Feb.

Well worth the wait! Young Fathers were amazing loved the new new bouncy takes on the tunes & trainspotting tune played live was a nice surprise. Way better venue last time they played Newcastle at Riverside was on the small size Boiler shop way bigger for the mixed crowds they bring. Thanks for anther great night guys.

Sixth time I have now seen this band and they just seem to be getting better and better with every show.

Great energy and solid tracks, could have interacted with the crowd a little more, but loved the atmosphere.

They performed for just an hour what seemed ok for a sunday evening and an audience not keen to miss the monday morning classes but dissapointing knowing all the great songs they could have played in addition.

I really like these guys! A really great show, great stage presence and drama that grips you every second! If you have a chance to see them, take it! I won't forget this one!
