Brought my 8yr old for his first FFAK concert. He was so excited and thrilled. He loved the setlist, the venue and the whole experience. Seeing Tuck spinning his bass live was also a highlight for him.
The venue was interesting. It's a renovated old era theatre. The wallpaper, lights and decorations were contrasted with metal music.

I drove 3 hours to see Kingdom of Giants perform with Fit for a King. Unfortunately it won't let me leave this review under KOG because the event isn't listed on bandsintown. Last time I saw FFAK was in a bar so it was cool to watch them perform in a bigger venue. I got to meet the guitarist Red from KOG & he was cool af. I wish KOG had more stage time, it went by way too quick. Everyone at the show killed it! Lots of fun

This was the first time Fit For A King played in North Dakota. This show also marked the 48th continental state that they have performed in.
I drove over 6 hours to see them play again this year. I very much enjoyed seeing them play. The venue was really interesting. It was an old church so you had stained glass windows and a balcony. If you get a chance, do yourself a favor and go see Fit For A King in concert. You'll be glad you did.

Venue staff did great, bartender, security calling out people for behaviors that would ruin the experience for others (putting people on shoulders that blocked view of everyone behind), and the stage guards who did an amazing job receiving crowd surfers thrown at them.
The bands all had great performances, and two of the four bands’ lead singers crowd surfed briefly too!

Very high energy all around, fantastic way to start the new year off!👌
Never heard of Avoid but they should not be avoided because they had SO much positive energy off rip.
Never seen a crowd for a show be so big into the opener band untill Avoid 😃. It was only the 2nd song in and the dude was feeling very comfortable, even asked "If I jump are you going to catch me?" Then jumped into the crowd and was sing while surfing 🏄♂️.
Couple songs later he's just running through the crowd right behind me and then back up the stairs to the back of the stage.
I enjoyed all bands and finally got to see FFAK live and I only wish I saw them years ago at Warped ❤️🔥

Fit For A King puts on a powerful performance that gets the crowd pumped up and full of energy. I can't sing along with the band yet, but you don't need to. You can feel the music and move with the fans. Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is a great outdoor venue built for rock and metal.

Absolutely amazing! Fit for a King’s energy and performance is like no other! You feel a special bond with them that makes your ears open your heart. I would recommend anyone to see them, even if you’re not a metal fan. Their connection with God and the way they communicate it through the lyrics is very moving. 100/10

VIP was awesome, the band is cool as hell! Alpha Wolf absolutely slayed it and had an amazing crowd response, I hope they come back again! Kingdom of Giants and Northlane were also fantastic and everybody was having a great time, I’m so glad all these bands are coming to San Antonio and I hope more keep coming

I've seen a lot of good shows, but this was the best overall tour lineup I've seen. All of the bands killed it. From the very beginning of the opening band's performance, there was a lot of energy and it kept going the whole rest of the night. Fit For A King definitely didn't disappoint. The vocals, music, everything was spot on. Great show!

Preface: this comes from a place of love and extreme admiration. The drummer had a really bad performance. Feel for time and tempo was all over the place. Any time feet got heavily involved, time signature went completely out of the window and it sounded like sloppy note vomit. It's a shame, because the rest of the band is so crisp, the sound and mix was clear, and the front three were shredding all night. It really made all of the mud stick out like crazy.

Bruh. 1st off. No one, and I mean NO ONE is safe from Alpha Wolf. Akudama nearly brought on the apocalypse. 2nd. Northlane KILLED it, I’ve never heard a band sound better live. 3rd. Fit For A King was worshiping the God of Fire cause they brought it that night, my buddies first Metal concert and he left with a split eyebrow and a black eye. Thought I’d scared him away but instead he said “you have created a monster”. All in all, pretty good night.

The Palladium is an iconic venue. It feels like you're in a small club with plenty of space to just chill or catch your breath before jumping back in the pit. Fit For A King blew the roof off the place. We gave them everything and they fed off the energy. At one point, the lead singer told us this was their biggest performance to date. I know a lot of bands say that, but the two song encore sort of told the story. It's been my mission recently to see as many groups as possible and FFAK did not disappoint. I know they'll be back and I'll be ready.

One of the best concerts I have ever been to, even though we got so crushed in the front I had to cross my arms to protect myself and push back lol. These bands have immaculate energies and they genuinely were having fun, as was the entire crowd. The ending was the most epic and it wasn’t even the last show of the tour, nobody is beating us :)

FINALLY got for a king gets their dues and headlines. Amazing I was there for that. I liked that they played some of their old stuff and then angers from the new album. I didn’t think their energy could improve from just last November with iprevail but they did. I’m very happy for them and happy to have seen this iconic moment for them

last night was fun and amazing I just wish a lot more people would have been respectful and knew what the music was about and not be so judgmental but overall it was a good night it sucks cuz last time they got to play more songs maybe because they had to bump the hours up for the doors to open and it was cold as shit outside when we left but other than that it wasn't a total loss

First metal concert, was not disappointed at all! The venue is small, BUT the bartenders were on it every single time for how many people were there! The bass player crowd surfed WHILE playing, the talent of this band was amazing. Got there late for the openers, but caught Hollow Point and Silent Planet, they also did not disappoint and we even picked up some of their cds!

FFAK didn’t play a single song without a breakdown, and were heavy AF. Crystal Lake is a band I hadn’t been familiar with, but were very impressive. Holy lows from their vocalist Ryo. Miss May I was also pretty fun, impressed by how similar Levi’s vocals are to the recordings. And even though I’m not a massive ABR fan, I was extremely impressed by Jake’s vocals(while sick, no less), the drummer and his encore solo, and I’ve always known ABR had great guitar work. Great show. Would see any of these bands again in the future.

The put on a show truly fit for a king. Honestly though, they put on a fantastic show.
Guitar lead: standing on fans raised arms and riffing
BMG: very skilled and non-scripted (appearing) or at least surprising stage antics and odd trickery.
Singer: has evident anxiety issues; despite this, vocals were marvelous; a guttural scream matched by few if any.

Miss May I sounded like shit but all the other bands crushed it. I was super stoked on their set, and I just saw them a month ago at the glass house but with The Devil Wears Prada, they were sick as fuck then and Prada killed it. That show was better all around but August Burns Red saved this show as well for Fit For a King!!!!!

I wish these bigger bands, Christian metal bands, or any metal bands would come to the Erie Pennsylvania area. Its called the Erie Insurance amphitheater or something to that effect, I would like to see these bands on a matter at the Burger King Liberty amphitheater ride along the shore of Lake Erie next summer it would be nice to see I'm a door open a new venue and have these Christian bands on it. stop neglecting cities with smaller population, because those are the cities that need it the most.
