About Midnight City
Midnight City are a Liverpool, UK-based, platinum-selling DJ/Producer duo formed by longtime friends Jonny and Josh.
With roots in house music dating back to the early 2000s, they officially formed Midnight City in 2013. While best known for their disco house sound, their productions often infuse elements of tech house, UK house, French house, filter house and jackin' house.
They've released productions on labels including BlackJack Records, FFRR, Freakin909, Glasgow Underground, Good For You Records, Henry Street Music, Jackies Music, King Street Sounds, Monoside, Motive Records, Nervous Records, Simma Black and Spacedisco Records, most recently establishing their own label, "All Night Long Records", which has overseen releases from Johnick, Omson, Folkness, No-e, Chapter & Verse and many more.
Aside from their solo productions, the duo have also collaborated with the likes of JohNick, Sammy Deuce, Folkness, Dilby and Kim English and remixed for such house music forces as Becky Hill, Marshall Jefferson, Mood II Swing, JohNick, Crush Club, Supermini and Sam Dexter
Behind the scenes, their writing and co-productions have topped the UK singles and club charts, earned the duo platinum-selling status and amassed a whopping 100,000,000 streams on Spotify alone.
