The Takedown

What do you get when you fuse a bad ass chick, too much ego and pop-punk melodies? THE TAKEDOWN! Spawning from rejects of other tried and parted Brisbane, Australia bands, The Takedown exploded onto the scene ready to kick butt and take names. Fronted by former Escaping Vauderville hard vocalist, Danielle O’Grady, you know there’s no messing around. The rest of the band is made up of ex The Monsters Go Rawrr (TMGR) bassist Benson Willemse, ex Picturesque guitarist Benji Adby and Andy Daniels on the drums. Imagine Good Charlotte having a bastard child with Hey Monday. This is an indication of The Takedown sound.
