The Quireboys

A great show, love the new feel/sound/energy to the band. Been following from very beginning and seen so many times, the boys will carry on upwards for long time

Good show, but sound not so good , too loud/over amplified which spoilt the louder/faster songs.

Excellent night ! The band was brilliant - singing and entertainment levels really good and so much fun !

Small crowd, maybe 40 people. The setlist had about 6 songs crossed out with black marker. They came back to do an encore, “Sex Party.” I could see “Mayfair” was on the setlist (on stage) as the closer. I was standing a few feet from Spike and said “C’mon, Spike?! Play ‘Mayfair!’ Honestly, it’s one of my favorites.” They left the stage. He told the crowd they’d come out & have a drink with us. A few did, but Spike & Guy didn’t. To be fair, what they did play was great & Spike performed as if he was at Wembley or Donnington. My 1st time seeing them, hopefully not the last!

It was so well organised, so really enjoyed the night can't wait for next year

Absolutely brilliant as always, very intimste gig, not the normal high stage and barriers to keep you away from the stage. Sound was a but crap to start, but think thst was more the venues staff not the band itself.

Spike and the boys on great form (although Spike didn't always use the mic fully)..Fantastic support from the magnificent FM, Bad Touch (whose set was WAY too short) and the highly impressive Vega (who we'd never seen before)..Superb value for money..😊😊👍👍

Seen The Quireboys many many times but never in a venue as small as this. They seemed to enjoy themselves and the crowd were great. Especially for a Sunday!

Great night of heartfelt live music.. full on or unplugged, these guys give it there all.

Probably not seen these boys for nearly 30 years. A dozen albums and many miles later these vagabonds of a seemingly bygone music era don’t disappoint. Cheap red wine clearly is a perfectly acceptable preservative. Well lubricated and looser than a strumpet’s drawers, The Quireboys are still everything a live rock n roll band should be. Sheer and unadulterated entertainment with a musical DNA consummated in the roots of late 60s early 70s British Rhythm & Blues, carrying the torch for Rod & The Faces for a whole new generation. Bloody magic! Shit eating grin from ear to ear from first note to the last. “We are The Quireboys, thanks for keeping rock n roll alive”- Amen!

Small crowd but great acoustic set, great to see a band putting everything into a show, and enjoying it. See you again in 2019

As always they rocked us Scotland love these boys coming to town and they always bring brilliant support acts with them x🎸🎵🎙️🎶

A classic British rock band playing acoustically in a great venue. One of the hardest working underrated bands still out there touring all year and still putting out new material and albums and always make time for their fans. If you get chance get a ticket for a night of good honest rock n roll.

Brilliant show as always from The Quireboys with 2 excellent supports in Bad Touch and Texas Flood.

I went it was a brilliant night sat talking to the guys after they did there sound check and the gig was awesome 2hours without a break x

Spike and the boys put on another incredible performance it may be some 25 years but they just get better every year
