Chatham Rabbits

Love the Chatham Rabbits and the Neighborhood Theatre! The Rabbits always put on a great show but Saturday was particularly FANTASTIC! Their music makes you smile and their stories make you laugh. Great night and more great memories! Thanks Sarah and Austin!!

I love the Chatham Rabbits! Austin and Sarah are great storytellers and are so hospitable in the way they perform - they make you feel right at home. And Club Passim is the perfect venue for them!

Wonderful evening at Jammin Java for Rains Draper, Pictrola, and headliner Chatham Rabbits. The venue was awesome....Union Pizza never disappoints. The lineup was perfect...DC-based singer/songwriter Rains Draper and local bluegrass band kicked off the evening with two sets of outstanding music, warming up the crowd for the main attraction, Chatham Rabbits. Sarah and Austin McCombie took the stage just before 9pm and nailed it! The NC-based duo gave a rousing performance, performing 14 songs from their repertoire, including a few from their upcoming album. Both Sarah and Austin are outstanding vocalists and instrumentalists and did not disappoint. Mix in some humorous banter as well as the back story of some of the songs and the night was a hit...we'll be back!

Seeing Chatham Rabbits at Cafe Wha? was one of the highlights of our year. We discovered Chatham Rabbits via their PBS series "On The Road with Chatham Rabbits". When we saw they would be coming to NYC and playing at Cafe Wha? we knew a trip to the city was in order. We loved the venue. Cafe What is an intimate space with an amazing history. Sarah and Austin put on a great show. They are as genuine as their music. Sarah sure knows how to play that banjo and their vocals go so well together. We look forward to seeing them again.

The house was treated to a great performance. The witty, on-stage banter between Sarah and Austin adds alot to the show, which is already full of wonderful music!

We saw them at the Haw River Ball Room a couple of weeks earlier and they were on top Of their game and they did not disappoint in Wilmington. Last night was the 11th time seeing Chatham Rabbits and the 5th time seeing them in Wilmington. Thomas Preservation Hall was an excellent place to see them.

What a great evening! Fantastic talent! Stunning venue. The crowd had great energy. Definitely would recommend. Great family atmosphere.

Loved the way they played their songs changing the tempo a little, featuring the dobro and steel guitar along with the guitar and banjo. I did miss the mandolin. It was a great evening!

Sarah and Austin brought their A game last night! Great set…these guys are ready to break out! I’m glad they played the Java, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they soon get opportunity to play much bigger gigs and we end up having to see them down the road and a bit larger Vienna venue 😃!

Great concert! The Chatham Rabbits have a great report with their audience and give you your money’s worth with great original songs, beautiful singing, and a tight band that backs it all up.

Chatham Rabbits bring an energy that is genuine and otherworldly positive. They’ve been to our small town several times now and each time is better than the last. If you get a chance to see them perform DON’T MISS IT. You won’t be disappointed.

This was our first time in Saxapahaw. The ballroom was a fun space. Chatham Rabbits were great as always. I recommend bringing a seat cushion because the metal folding chairs are a bit hard on the tail bones.

The show was amazing! Sarah and Austin sound even better live and have awe-inspiring chemistry on the stage.
